Quote your order reference — it looks like OXJ-260913-A4F2 and is on your confirmation. Payment is arranged after you order: we call the number you gave to confirm the order and take payment before dispatch, so nothing is charged at checkout.

Delivery

Please allow 15–25 days for delivery. These pieces are made to order and travel a long way before they reach you, so this is longer than a shop working from stock on a shelf. We would rather say so here than have it be a surprise after you have paid — and if that is too long for an occasion you are buying for, tell us before you order and we will say honestly whether it can be met.

About the pieces

Our jewellery is fashion jewellery in plated alloy, not precious metal. Oxidised pieces are silver-plated with an antique finish; gold-toned pieces are gold-plated. The darkening on an oxidised piece is the finish, not tarnish. Keep them away from water and perfume, and wipe with a dry cloth.

Every product page lists the material and the plating. Country of origin is declared on the pack and on our marketplace listings as the law requires.
